To carry out proper planning and resourcing of the project to ensure that sufficient coverage is maintained by employing the optimum combination of Omani staff to ensure the efficient running of operations. This is the result of a serious Omanisation programme that involved close liaison with local Vocational Training Centres to strengthen our in-house training facilities. At present, Haima Services Trading & Contracting Co. LLC has 46% staff working in administration and operational activities.
